• You may order well in advance, as our product availability for the 2010 season March 2010.   Sorry We Have Sold out for 2010!

•  Your order should arrive to your beach home by Saturday 6PM, if your order has not been delivered, please call our Saturday night only after hours hotline @ 910-622-7221 (6PM-9PM). 

• Your order form and payment must be received, for your order to be processed and reserved.  Please keep in mind that we do sell out of many of our items, so reserving your items well ahead of your stay is strongly encouraged.

•  Once your order has been reserved, no credits or substitutions can be done.  If you find you need more equipment, feel free to place an additional order.

•  Should you need a repair to an item, please call us @ 910-622-7221 (Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM).  No refunds or credits will be given, unless we are unable to repair or replace your non-working item in a reasonable amount of time.

•  At the end of your stay, please leave your beach gear in the same area that you found your order when you arrived (most items are left under the carport).

•  You as the renter of our products are responsible for the care and security of the beach gear you have rented.  Items picked up that have been abused or are missing will be charged to the renter.  Rest A Shore or it's employees will not be responsible for injury or damage to you, guests, or property.
